Qigong meditation

Qigong is a set of skills or knowledge that adjusts breathing, body movements, and consciousness as exercise methods. The form of breathing, such as length, depth, body movements, and mentality, will all produce energy with different functions. Qigong conceives that qi exists between the heaven and the earth and all natural beings, and energy is always generated between the movements of exhaling and inhaling. The principle of qigong treatment is to master the method of regulating qi and blood, and to efficiently adopt the positive energy of the universe. By discharging the negative energy within the body, our body will repair itself and return to the status closest to the time of birth.

氣功冥想

氣功就是一套調整呼吸、肢體動作、意識(調息,調形,調心)為鍛鍊方法的技術或學問。呼吸的形態,例如長短深淺,配合怎樣的肢體動作,用什麼心態意念去施展,都會產生不同功能的能量。中國氣功認為氣存在於天地萬物之間,在一呼一吸的動作之間,就已經產生能量,即為氣。氣功治療原理在於掌握疏導氣血之法,並有效率地採納天地萬物之正氣,再懂得排放身體已病壞的污濁穢氣,身體就會自行修補並回調自最接近出生時的健康狀況。
