Chinese Herbal Sachet Workshop for All Ages

A Warm Gift for Early Autumn: Your Personal Chinese Herbal Calming Sachet

Create your own sachet with specially selected, high-quality Chinese herbs. Their aromatic properties enter the body through the nose, regulating qi and blood in the organs and meridians to help relieve insomnia, irritability, dizziness and headaches. They can also calm the mind and improve sleep quality.

Chinese herbal sachets also offer multiple benefits, including repelling mosquitoes and insects. Their fragrance can awaken the senses, dispel impurities and strengthen immunity. Place a sachet beside your pillow to help you sleep, carry it with you to ease stress, or leave it in a corner of your home to repel mosquitoes. You can replace the herbal filling yourself when needed after prolonged use.

Make Your Own Herbal Sachet

Led by Hong Kong registered Chinese medicine practitioner 蔡蔡, this workshop welcomes both adults and children. Learn about the health benefits of aromatic Chinese herbs, including blends for repelling mosquitoes, calming the mind and improving alertness. Create your own herbal formula and sew a Chinese herbal sachet while enjoying the creative process.
